Fusion Plates & Screws
Anterior cervical spine fusions are performed with plates and screws to stabilize the cervical spine and alleviate pain. Lake Region brings a vast amount of expertise to the production of fusion plates and screws. Manufacturing is performed within a cellular environment and combined with Kanban or Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.
Artificial cervical and lumbar spine discs are used to alleviate pain and restore motion in the spine. Lake Region has the ability to achieve excellent surface finishes on a repeatable basis, while maintaining the desired geometry of these devices. Lake Region brings a vast amount of expertise in the production of artificial discs.
Spinal Rods & Connectors
Lake Region manufactures spinal rods and connectors used in posterior spinal fusion and procedures to stabilize the cervical spine and alleviate pain. Lake Region brings extensive expertise to the production of these components.
Interbody Fusion Devices
Interbody spinal fusion devices are used to restore height while fusion occurs—stabilizing the cervical and lumbar spine while easing pain. Lake Region brings a vast amount of expertise to the production of interbody fusion devices.
Pedicle Screw Systems
Lake Region's pedicle screw system manufacturing includes multi-axial and mono-axial screws used in procedures to stabilize the spine. Lake Region brings a vast amount of expertise to the production of pedicle screw systems.
Vertebral Augmentation Devices
Vertebral augmentation utilizes interventional spine procedures such as Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty which are performed to stabilize the spine and reduce pain resulting from vertebral compression fractures. Lake Region has extensive product knowledge and manufacturing experience producing the minimally invasive devices employed in these procedures including introducers, curettes, biopsy devices and cement delivery systems.
